Four Months to a Visual Brand: Inside The CEO Project

What happens in each of the four phases of The CEO Project, Irma Lion's four-month personal brand experience: strategy, production, refinement and expansion.

A single photoshoot can give you a good set of images. It cannot give you a brand, because a brand is built from repetition: the same point of view, tested and refined until an audience recognizes it. The CEO Project is four months of exactly that.

Why four months

Most leaders have been photographed many times, and most of those sessions produced images that were used for a month and quietly retired. The images were fine. They just did not add up to anything, because nobody was looking at what worked and doing more of it.

The CEO Project is structured as a loop: strategy, production, review, refinement, production again. By the fourth month the strongest concepts have been shot three times, each time better, and what you have is a recognizable visual system rather than a folder of pictures.

Phase one: Strategy and direction

The project opens by defining how your personal brand should look, feel and communicate. In this phase:

  • a personal brand strategy call
  • visual and creative direction
  • a custom concept board
  • session planning, with wardrobe and location guidance
  • a one-hour studio session
  • 7 professionally edited images, and a private gallery with every image from the session
  • one hour of behind-the-scenes content captured by a professional videographer, plus behind-the-scenes phone content

You leave the first month with a clear visual direction and your first intentional collection, created to reflect who you are and where you are going.

Phase two: Brand production

With the foundation in place, production begins in earnest: three distinct content sessions, up to four hours of total shoot time, 20 professionally edited images, and an hour of behind-the-scenes content captured by a content creator or professional videographer.

This phase is as much about testing as producing. Three sessions in a month means three settings, three sets of looks, three chances to find out what resonates with your audience and what feels most like you.

Phase three: Refinement and elevation

Now the loop closes. We review the content from the previous phase, refine the creative direction, plan shots more intentionally and push for stronger angles and concepts. Then another three sessions, up to four hours, 20 edited images, and behind-the-scenes coverage.

This is where most people notice the difference from a one-off shoot. You stop guessing. You build from what actually communicated your authority and connected with the people you want to reach.

Phase four: Consistency and brand expansion

The final month repeats and elevates your strongest concepts: three sessions, up to four hours, 20 edited images, behind-the-scenes content, refined styling, posing, framing and messaging, and a final brand consistency review. The content library expands around what works.

You leave with a cohesive visual identity, a substantial content library (67 professionally edited images across the four phases, plus the behind-the-scenes footage), and a brand system you can continue building from without us.

Is it for you

The CEO Project is for you if you want your brand to feel premium, polished and intentional; if you are ready to be seen at a higher level; if you want more than a one-time photoshoot; if you understand that a strong personal brand is built through consistency; if you want strategy, messaging and visuals to work together; and if you are ready to invest in a visual identity that can grow with you.

It is not for you if you are looking only for a quick set of photos, if you are not ready to show up consistently, if you want disconnected content without a strategy, or if you are not ready to participate in the creative process. There is no judgment in that list. The Frame exists for the first case, and the Vision Call exists for the moment before any of them.

Practicalities

The CEO Project is quoted after the strategy conversation. Travel is not included; weekend sessions require separate arrangements and may carry an additional fee. Booking works like every experience on this site: a private invitation link, a date on the live calendar, an electronic agreement, a deposit through Stripe, then the first session.

Your next level deserves to be seen. The CEO Project is how the way you show up catches up with the work you have already done.
