How a Brand Session Works: From Vision Call to Gallery
The exact sequence a client goes through with Irma Lion: the Vision Call, the mood board, booking a date, the agreement and deposit, the session itself, and the gallery.

People hesitate to book a personal branding session for a reason that has nothing to do with photography: they do not know what happens next. This is the whole sequence, step by step, as it runs on this site. Nothing here is hidden behind a quote, and every step is one you can see before you commit to anything.
Step 0: the conversation
Every experience begins with a private conversation. For The Frame, the Hot Seat Experience and The CEO Project it is part of the package; for anyone unsure which direction to take, it is the Vision Call, a private 30 to 60 minute call with Irma that costs $200 and carries no obligation beyond that.
The call covers where your brand is now, where you want it to go, what the imagery has to do for you, and which of the experiences actually fits. People sometimes expect to be sold the largest option. The honest answer is often The Frame, or a Custom Experience built around one specific need. The point of the call is clarity, not a pitch.
Step 1: the invitation and the date
Once the experience is agreed, Irma sends an invitation link by email. It is yours alone: it opens a private reservation page with your name and email already in place. From that page you pick a date and time directly on Irma's live calendar. The slot is held the moment you choose it.
The hold is temporary. If the next two steps are not completed within a day, the slot is released again so that it never blocks someone else. That is deliberate: a date is only yours once it is signed and paid for.
Step 2: the agreement
The site prepares the agreement for your experience with your name, the date, the time and the amount already filled in, and sends it to your inbox for an electronic signature. No printing, no account to create. You sign in the browser and land back on the same reservation page, which shows the agreement as signed.
The agreement is the one you can read in advance on the policies page. The parts people ask about most: the deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the session balance; the remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot; one complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice, within 30 days of the original date.
Step 3: the deposit
After the signature, a Pay button appears. It opens a secure Stripe checkout page in the site's name. Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; the site never sees your card details, and Stripe emails a receipt. The moment the payment lands, the booking turns from held to confirmed on Irma's calendar and you receive a confirmation email with the date and time.
The deposit for The Frame is $500 against a total of $1,555. The Hot Seat Experience and The CEO Project are quoted after the conversation, because their scope varies; their deposits work the same way.
Before the day: the mood board
Between booking and the session, the creative work happens. The Frame includes a personalized mood and inspiration board: palette, settings, wardrobe direction, references, the three looks we will shoot. The Hot Seat Experience adds the interview questions, so that nothing on the day is a surprise. The CEO Project opens with a full strategy call and a custom concept board.
This is the stage at which to send over your website, your current photographs, the places the new images need to live, and anything you have saved that looks the way you want to feel. What to wear has its own entry.
The session
The Frame is a 90-minute personal branding photoshoot. The Hot Seat Experience is a two-hour creative photoshoot followed by a one-hour recorded interview, inside a seven-hour studio reservation that gives the team time to prepare, create, transition and record. The CEO Project is four months of sessions: a one-hour studio session in the first phase, then three distinct content sessions of up to four hours total in each of the following three.
Sessions take place at ID STUDIO in Mission Viejo, with its backdrops, props, private changing room and makeup area, or on location across Orange County and Los Angeles. Studio rental and travel are not included in The Frame and are quoted separately when they apply.
After the session: selection and editing
Within three days of the shoot you choose the images you want professionally edited from the full set. The Frame delivers 8 professionally edited images; the Hot Seat Experience 15, plus 6 podcast-style reels and a cinematic behind-the-scenes reel; The CEO Project 7 in the first phase and 20 in each of the next three.
Standard retouching covers light, natural refinement. Head swaps, major body shaping, composites and advanced manipulation are advanced work and are quoted on request. The aim is that you look like yourself on a very good day, not like someone else.
The gallery
Everything is delivered through your personal online gallery: the edited images, and for the Hot Seat Experience the footage and reels. Download and save your files when they arrive. Galleries are not archived permanently, and a retrieval fee applies to files that have to be re-uploaded two months or more after the session.
What you leave with
A set of images that was planned before it was shot, that holds together as one visual identity, and that already has a place to go: the website, the speaker page, the press kit, the profiles. For the Hot Seat Experience, your voice on camera as well. For The CEO Project, a brand system you can keep building from.
If you are still deciding, the Vision Call is where almost everyone starts.
