Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your session is officially reserved once your deposit and signed agreement are received.

• All deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your total session balance.
• The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the shoot.
• If you cancel your session for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.
• One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Your rescheduled session must take place within 30 days of the original session date and is subject to availability.
• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, missing your session, or requesting an additional reschedule will require a new deposit to reserve another date.
• If the rescheduled session does not take place within the 30-day window, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required.
