Photo Studio Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

• Studio Rental — $120/hour
• Minimum Booking — 2 hours
• Rental time includes setup and cleanup
• 100% payment is required at the time of booking
• Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received

Your rental includes:

• Full access to the studio during your reserved time
• Multiple backdrops and props for content creation
• Clean, professional space for photography, video, and brand collaborations
• Private changing room
• Makeup and getting-ready area

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable
• Your rental begins and ends at the originally scheduled time
• Late arrival does not extend your reservation
• Additional studio time is subject to availability
• Unauthorized overtime may result in an additional $50/hour overtime fee, plus the regular studio rental rate

The Renter understands that use of a photography and content studio may involve certain risks, including equipment, lighting stands, cables, props, furniture, backdrops, and other studio materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Renter voluntarily assumes the risks associated with their use of the studio and releases and holds harmless ID STUDIO, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims for personal injury or property damage arising from the Renter’s use of the studio, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

The Renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of all guests, clients, models, photographers, videographers, assistants, and other individuals they bring into the studio.

• Please treat all studio equipment, furniture, props, backdrops, and surfaces with care
• The Renter is financially responsible for any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the Renter or anyone in their party during the rental period
• This responsibility applies to studio equipment, lighting, furniture, props, backdrops, walls, floors, and other studio property
• Damaged or broken studio property will be charged at the full cost of repair or replacement, including applicable labor, installation, or service fees
• Any damage, breakage, loss, or equipment malfunction must be reported to ID STUDIO immediately

• No smoking or vaping inside the studio
• No illegal substances or illegal activity
• No nails, screws, or damaging adhesives on walls or studio surfaces
• Do not move heavy equipment or furniture without permission
• Props and furniture must be returned to their original locations
• The studio must be left clean and in the same condition in which it was found
• All personal belongings, equipment, decorations, food, and trash must be removed before the end of the reservation
• No excessively loud music after 8:00 PM
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• The Renter is responsible for the behavior of everyone attending their session
• All renters and guests must follow studio and building safety requirements

Additional cleaning, repairs, or damage resulting from failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges.

ID STUDIO is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio by the Renter or their guests.

The Renter is responsible for securing their own cameras, equipment, clothing, jewelry, electronics, and other personal property.

Your reservation time includes:

• Setup
• Shooting / Content Creation
• Wardrobe Changes
• Breakdown
• Cleanup

Everything must be completed within your reserved rental period. If additional time is needed, please request an extension before your reservation ends. Extensions are subject to studio availability.

Unauthorized overtime may result in an additional $50/hour overtime fee plus the applicable studio rental rate.

The person making the reservation is considered the primary Renter and is responsible for everyone entering the studio as part of their booking.

The Renter agrees to communicate the studio rules to their guests and accepts financial responsibility for any damage, breakage, loss, excessive cleaning, or other charges caused by anyone in their party.

ID STUDIO reserves the right to immediately terminate a rental if the Renter or their guests engage in unsafe, illegal, destructive, or seriously disruptive behavior or materially violate this agreement.

When permitted by applicable law and consistent with this agreement, termination for such a violation may occur without a refund.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any legal proceedings relating to this agreement shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Orange County, California, subject to applicable law.

By electronically signing this agreement and/or completing the booking process where acceptance of these terms is required, the Renter acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these terms and intend to enter into this agreement electronically.
