$120/hour · 2-hour minimum booking
Your rental includes

Booking terms
- 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.
- Rental time includes setup and cleanup.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation are non-refundable.
- Your rental begins and ends at the originally scheduled time — late arrival does not extend your reservation.
- Unauthorized overtime may result in an additional $50/hour overtime fee, plus the regular studio rental rate.
Studio rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the studio
- No illegal substances or illegal activity
- No nails, screws, or damaging adhesives on walls or studio surfaces
- Do not move heavy equipment or furniture without permission
- Props and furniture must be returned to their original locations
- The studio must be left clean and in the same condition in which it was found
- All personal belongings, equipment, decorations, food, and trash must be removed before the end of the reservation
- No excessively loud music after 8:00 PM
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- The renter is responsible for the behavior of everyone attending their session
